Vote for the Sylvan Line-Up! 09/12/2014 | 10666 komentarze

Welcome back councilors,
The census is now over, and it comes as no surprise that the Sylvans have kept the lead all along. They will now join Ivan’s side as new allies in his fight.
To celebrate this victory, we are happy to show you our very first concept art for a Sylvan creature: the Treant!

However, our work is not done yet. After choosing the faction, it is important to decide for its line-up.
Our game designers have offered us a choice regarding the composition of the Sylvan Army. Three different line-ups have been suggested and it’s your voice that will make the difference. Don’t hesitate to share the news with your friends to put your favorite alternative in the lead!
Even if they have some similarities, those three line-ups are different, more oriented on defense or offence, or in-between. These three line-ups are meant to be of equal strength, and be balanced with the power of the other Factions present in the game.
This vote will define the soul and heart of the Sylvan armies and what play style will suit them, so choose wisely!
Remember that you can change your vote at any time, so listen to the other members of this council, hear their arguments and offer your own. The Sylvan Armies will be a great help in the battles to come, but you still have to decide how.
The names of the creatures presented in this list are still Work in Progress and can change before the release!

Earth’s Perfect Balance
With this strategy, the Elves gets an all-around army. Units such as Pixies, Hunters, and Knights, supported by Druids and Dragons, take care of the enemy soldiers. Resurrecting Phoenixes and Treants keep the attackers at bay and protect their flanks. A balance found in few armies that allows it to be either the attacker or the defender and fall back on the necessary formations, depending on how the battle goes!

Sylanna's Fury
Sylvans are also widely known for their guerrilla style warfare, capable of inflicting great damage to enemy armies in short skirmishes. Hunters, Blade Dancers and Stags will be on the frontline dealing quick and impressive damage to enemy troops, while Druids and Pixies offer them their support, defending them and harassing enemies. The Champions are protected by Treants and Dryads working together, keeping them safe until their army prevails.
