why spider like town? if you'd like to play it on insect side, you should rather consider scorpion like style, not F***** spider....tha same with creatures: https://mmh7.ubi.com/en/factions/necropolis/creatures/ebon-spider Is this the joke? rather scorpion please, no generic spider....

again the concept design from heroes 5 was way better ... more graves more buildings in the background make it feel ... less empty .. more like a fortress of some undead city.
the walls look again out of place and just slightly better looking than the ones you drew for the other two factions.. its just lane :o sorry but it is...
the spider concept is cute but maybe it would have been better if there was a dark forest one one side of the town and maybe the legs should be part of the stones.

I agree, less graves and too much lighting green.
In my opinion it should be more like a graveyard, the higher the city level the more graves everywhere. Shadows and descending fog on the ground. The walls more creepy, rusty spikes and some basic symbols of death, skulls, bones, hour glasses, and spiders e.g. it seems like the designers are planing to overload the townscreen with lighting and other effects so it imagines more a circus than an necropolis.
