I like the majority of skills in Heroes VII so far. Good job. :)
Ok, that sounds great.
I see decent skills and abilities. Most of them'll be really useful. They have enough profit. Not less than I expected from those skills.
Revisiting these skill brunches I've got the offense really needs "Archery" and "Homeland" skills to be swapped: I do think that battle-oriented skill has much more value, while the governor skill is for a secondary hero or of no use at all compared to alternatives.
WHERE'S THE NERF HAMMER?
Hidden in a dusty old basement, along with the banhammer.
Isn't archery too Op?
As there are no numbers yet: No. I sure the Beta (with numbers) will show if stuff needs to be adjusted.
You must change some icons. What golden-tongued's icon has to do with the ability effect?
Those who engaged a forum, take pictures here, they are also translated into the RU language:
I honestly hate governor skills. Enough of them already!!!
I want more! Especially with the Diplomacy Grandmaster Ability!
Come on Ubi...We want to see Sylvan and Dungeon race...Vote for this hehe maybe we can take preassure on them :-P
we want more skills
Suzerain will be very usefull for a Governor build
Yeah! I'm looking forward to build a dedicated Governor Hero!
Preemptive strike is interesting and attack/defense grandmasters I think can be very powerful. We will see when the game comes out. Rest skills seem rather boring.
Necessary Alliance, an interesting skill. <3
Full archer team :D
Does anybody know why the support of this site is so bad? Are the developers going to attract people who haven't fluent english, for example? I see, only part of articles on this site are translated to other languages, i am spiking about russian. Do the developers suppose that it was enough to attract part of not english speakers? I see, many russian speakers complained about this problem but i don't see any respond to they questions. In result they get translation from community. Why?
they should just learn english to be honest... its not Ubisofts fault that they won't.. i don't get any danish translation neither and you don't see me whining about it.
I'd agree with you if all topics was printed only in English but part of them was translated to Russian and another part was not translated. Where is logic here? I see here the arrears of work only. Isn't it?
There is a russian version of the site. Also french, german and polish. The team is working with limited resources, both finansial and labor. But still pretends to cover more than it can. The translations are thus incomplete, and not ideal. It is still ubi fault. I wouldn't ask them to do more though
Этим сайтом занимается всего несколько человек, я бы не стал просить их делать больше тк понадобится больше денег и людей. На самом деле не надо было им тут делать несколько языков, меньше геморроя было бы при ограниченных средствах
I agree, if developers claimed about supporting multiple languages and after that switched to ignored mode and does not meet commitments. It become very unclear for me.
Если разработчики заявляют о поддержки нескольких языков а затем уходят в игнор и не выполняют своих обязательств, то для меня это становится непонятно. Оценивайте свои силы.
I'd understand if the website was meant to be in English only, but the language options are there. The static parts of the website like the faction pages have been translated, but so far there has only been one news article that was released in every language - the preorders one.
Also, Ubisoft. Multimillion dollar company. "Limited resources" really doesn't fit.
Ubi aren't spending them willingly, are they? Maybe instead of this half-translated site we would have had a working community section or edit button by now
I don't think that only one man is working on game and site. It is different men likely. And I don't understand why site developers can not put in order the site. Translations, community and edit button and others. Because the site is the face of the game.
Unfinished? Generally considered to be pretty bad at what it's supposed to be? Low-effort? With a complete lack of creator input? I don't know about you, but I think this website perfectly represents the game in its current state.
That looks like there was an update, lol.
On the articles about skills - they are composed with images containing text. Most information in the article actually comes from this text. And since it is not translated, most people who don't know English will still use third party sites to get an idea of how the skills work. Just a little more text translating these icons somewhere should be enough
While developers make translation only for last three post except images. If it is difficult to translate images it may be done by creating tables with descriptions of abilities and translations.
