Here's an idea for compensation.
Since we waited all day only to have you lie to us; we should get 100% of our money back and the collector's edition i paid for that cost a $%##@ fortune!!
How about another mm game for free?
Or you could include additional content such as character or maps for everyone that jumped on the pre order expecting that a "professional" company would be capable of meeting their own deadlines.

Looks like you haven't been around by the time MMH6 development was going on.

It doesn't matter whether it's a game release, or, as in this case, closed public beta, Ubi will not do anything about your feelings.

And don't worry, it is most likely that you will happily buy a future 'gold' edition as well, even though the patched final release will still be ridden with bugs even at that time.

Your sense of entitlement is mind-boggling. Nobody lied to you. They just post-poned it. Yes, i can understand dissapointment, but how old are you? Don't you have anything else in your life, you have to come to forum boards, vent your frustration and poison any environment you are in?

This goes for all of you who behave lake that. This is a product. If you don't like it, don't buy it. Nobody's forcing you. You have NO right, nor a claim for a good game. This is not how life works.

I like how the likes of you just sit on their sweaty asses, pointing out what "should be" done, what "should" they change, while doing absolutely nothing worthwhile.

Most of the contributors here claim this game is going to be bad, WITHOUT EVEN PLAYING IT! Seriously, the sheer volume of negativity you people are able to produce leads me to wonder if Ubisoft regrets including fans into the development.

Even though it seems that your comments are directed at the OP, I'd like to comment on certain remarks of yours that are half-truths.

If nobody lied to us, then where is the build with those three issues fixed that they were uploading near the end of the day of public beta release?

Also, they only postponed it the next day after access was granted (if you'd believe the e-mails sent to Ubi shop pre-orderers).

Also, you seem to assume that everyone who had a problem with PR (cont.)

… had a problem with PR automatically must hate the game, even though they haven't even played it. Personally, I've never said anything like that. In fact, in multiple occasions I have said that it looks like a notably more polished MMH6. Which definitely makes me like it more than MMH6, at least.

Remember, if you jump to conclusions, you might break your legs. And no amount of up or downvotes will change that.

That's just how they do PR @ Ubi. Don't listen to any of their ETAs, no matter if they append "really, really, really" final date. If you had been around during MMH6 (both pre- and post-beta) development, you'd know better :)
