Colletocs editions a over prices which means that they make a ton of money. So if they do not have things like this cheap looking figurine then they wont be able to make a collectors editions which silly people will buy.

So the budget which is figurine is a part of is a budget they have gotten because UBI thinks they will make a ton of money on collectors editions so if they did not make this figurine then they would not have gotten that money.

somehow h7 have a common problem of "feeling senseless". some creatures like behemoth, and this figurine of ivan, same problems! they feel robotic, without expression.
please mix in some feelings, and i have to agree with other members of council, helmet dont feel right. i know why, its because of its hollow parts: too narrow for eyes, it even doesnt have any hallow part in chin, stag helmet doesnt have this problem, its properly made for eyes and such.

If you're concerned about what fits and what doesn't fit anatomically, you shouldn't look too closely at HoMM-figures. Many are flawed (especially necro-figures, like the outrageous ribcage of the grim riders horse, or a accurately stone-throwing cyclops (I'm still surprised when my cyclops hits the intended target)).
But since when does that stop the fun?

its one or another, realistic or not? its clearly aiming for realistic anatomy with epic feeling gears, so therefore i try to help artists to reach their goal. personally i dont really care art style as long as it is good in its own rules. this one, doesnt follow its own rules, it pretends to be realistic but it fails in some points.
you see a cloak perfectly shaped that feels like real and then you also see this helmet...
its inconsistant.
